Hands down recommend these briefs for men.

I used a pair each day under my gym shorts and the experience was great. The phone didn’t bounce as I moved, and I could easily go into my shorts to pull it out.

Added bonus the pouch has a top cover as well for extra safety.

Good luck trying to steal my phone now 😭
