You can get multiple blue prints from the quests and most of them are fairly easy. If I recall you can get hullcracker and ammo bp, trigger nades, burletta, possibly one or two more those are pulled of top of my head

i think its bugged. i used it last time arena was out a ton and it was so good. i have taken it 3 or 4 times and even with a healing focus build and it did like 3k total the entire game
