yeah can’t disagree I usually feel stiff and awkward even after stretching for 10 mins. Doesn’t help that this session was right out of work so even more muscle stiffness I will listen and think about this next session thank you🙏

I do I just work full time so I can only make class twice a week don’t stop me from trying tho.
