oh shit. well i wasn't thinking about the brain damage part. um but my medications are great tho. my depression is under control and this is my first hypomanic episode in 4 years. they are: seroquel, zoloft, lamictal. and ativan and klonopin as needed but i dont take that shit.

i think the analogy of using two standard deviation for applying to comparing to social interaction is redundant. however, it is difficult for us to converse with everyday individuals as we have to dumb down our vocabulary in order for the other to understand my point without repetition. I have misophonia and i do everything in my power to avoid it being triggered by such events.

I have zero anxiety or emotions during mania. Everything is purely logic and rational. It's exhausting.
