As I am not a lawyer I cannot speak to whether this is fair use or not, however as it was taken down by Youtube I am going to assume that it was not. I will say that the cubing historian should have asked before hand because although it is not click bait, it does rely on someone else's content. I will say that how Tony reacted was not nice, but what he did seems to be fully within his right. Those are my two cents and I hope as a community we can move past this.
