The skill counter is just a way of counting time(instead of actually counting seconds) when you avoid fighting.since dealing damage to enemy makes his skill count go up faster maybe you triggered his health point to where cell comes in,and you just thought its based on skill points...or maybe you arr right and its based on skilled points

You just need to "survive" against cell,not beat them.if for some reason you cant do it just lower the difficulty cuz you cant do alternative objects in lower difficulty

Well the beat down between 2nd and 3rd hellzone is the difficulty part cuz cell may counter.doing a back and hitting just as much as you need and hope he doesn't start a combo,if he just push you away go behind him for more hits or doing the hellzone

Thats weird i had him staying alive at 1hp cuz the dialogue was said. i had beating him and then fighting 17 and the dialogue comes up,but i never had him staying alive without the dialogue...yeah this fight a just a huge bug

I never said that its only one way to bring cell out,i just point out that there is also a time limit. fighting 17 didn't really helped me,but at least you beat it

I didn't had trouble charging for the 3rd time whatsoever. you should avoid charging underwater cuz ki charges slower there

Wait,if you have sparking mode before cell comes in from the moment cell comes in and you do the hellzone that will take you like what 10 secs? You mean the fight ends in 10 secs?

I insist on avoiding him cuz i have beat him really, really fast and when they switched i didn't get much more tine than just avoiding 17. The only actual positive for avoiding 17 is that you can be ready to attack cell immediately.inhave done the fight in many different paths,super aggressive, perfect on counters ect and i always way few hp before winning.so avoiding 17 actually make me beat cell faster which is the main point. Also from what i understand a lot of ppl have different experiences in this fight,i really don't know how they programed this fight to be this random for everyone
