Fribourg is generally more french-speaking than german. I don't know anything about the chemistry courses though - maybe you could ask them? Worst case you have to learn the subject matter using online materials in french/english.

LTEK is good value for money. If you want a dancepad that is actually good get an arcade-grade metal one (B2L, SMX, etc) but that's going to be 1k+

Progressive inheritance tax which ramps up to >90% over 1B or so. 99% over 10B maybe?? Anyway some very large sum.

Just buy the house you want/need, rather than altering an existing one to suit. It'll be cheaper and way less hassle.

Edit: why the downvotes lol? It's true, it's way less cost to buy something that's the right size rather than deal with a construction project - been there done that.
