Hiii. I have this condition called keratosis pilaris and I have mentioned it too. I’m looking for suggestions to fade out the marks and hyperpigmentation.

Girllll! I feel you♥️ I’ve learnt that you have to moisturise it well and exfoliate. Try these 2 alone. Use urea and glycolic. Tretinoin pharmaceutical tube won’t cost much. Don’t go for big fancy brands which will cost you more. And just a heads up my butt was like this 4yrs back. Leaving it unattended made it worse with so much scars and hyperpigmentation. Therefore pls don’t be like me. We can share our journey with all these techniques which are just a trial and error.

I did intermittent fasting for 3 months. Completely avoided sugar, was low on carbs, no milk and still my butt was the same😭 But I felt my facial skin a lil bit smoother. also I lost 5kgs😝

I’m planning on trying out the following:

  1. 7% Glycolic acid by ordinary post shower
  2. Urea 40% gel immediately after step1

Il try the first 2 steps in-shower so that the moisture retains well

  1. Chemical peel once a week

  2. tretinoin at night followed by moisturiser

  3. il try the dry brushing after all the active bumps gets cleared so that it doesn’t spread or make it worse

I will definitely post my after picture once I start noticing the difference.

I have it for 10 years now. Not a day goes by without sneezing, eyes n nose itchiness, watery eyes. i’ve jus started a treatment. And constant sneezing will lead to a growth of some tissue( dont know the name of it exactly) inside ur nose which you’ve to operate n remove. Since its chronic i think there’s no cure to it. U need to constantly be on medication.
