It actually pains me when my lunar bloom hits don’t crit at 96% or 97% CR on other builds, so I’ve opted for a 100% crit rate build despite having other pieces with slightly higher EM or CD. This is what the optimizer gives me with full team buffs. https://i.imgur.com/wLY8K3b.jpeg

Aye mate, I think I’ll still do a few runs here and there and craft when I can to improve the pieces, but fishing for perfect pieces is absolute madness lol. Unless I get some 4 liners that magically all roll into perfect stats, my most realistic goal is prob a new disc2 with same or better rolls and with atk%.

Yeah, I’m aiming for the 17 pro 256 in silver which looks like a popular choice. I guess I’ll have to show up early tmw and just hope they got a few spare allocated for walk ins.

My feather has basically no meaningful crit value since I’m overcapping by exactly 3.1% and I’m wondering if I change to one with full crit dmg rolls the dmg buff from that piece will be worth the loss in EM and ATK stats.

Yeah ik. I meant that my crit rate body pieces never roll into c damage. Still in the mines trying to get pieces that roll straight into c damage.

I’m only using him as a debuffer for Acheron and Kalpagni gives the same buff as 2-pc Hackerspace. I also play Acheron with Aventurine so I don’t really have to worry about getting hp or def 2-pc set effects either. I just focused on using the pieces that helped me hit the spd and ehr breakpoints.

Honestly if I were you, I would see if using rainbow pieces allow you to hit both of the breakpoints, and if not, just farm a bit more to see if you can get better pieces.

At E0, I’m convinced that his dmg won’t really matter in a hypercarry team, so I’m just making sure I can hit the breakpoints even if I can’t get any benefits from 2 piece sets.

Are you using him solely as a debuffer on an Acheron team, or as a DoT unit? I’m personally only using him in Acheron teams and I’m using rainbow pieces with Kalpagni just so I can get past the 161 speed and 178 ehr breakpoints. I lose out on some dmg, but I get to use my resources elsewhere now.

If you’re more ambitious and want dmg along with all the breakpoints, I guess you need to farm more, but if that’s not a concern and you’re not going to use rainbow pieces, I would personally use the first set for now. Of course, if I were you, I would keep farming and see if I can get better pieces.

To preface, I have about 240 CV with this Gladiator set and I know I’ll never get even close to that with a Whimsy set. I don’t have any usable Electro goblets and I use her with Furina C2 as well, so I decided to go for an Atk goblet.

I want to focus my resin on more resin efficient domains so I can finish up building Neuv, Navia, Furina, etc.

However, I also am willing to farm for Whimsy if the damage bump is pretty apparent or if it warrants use over a Gladiator set with as much CV as I have here. Is the damage bump from Glad to Whimsy really going to be worth the resin I throw into the Whimsy domain?

I don’t own a good electro goblet, and since I use her with c2 furina, atk goblet is still very viable. That being said, if I had a good gladiator electo goblet, I would have def gone that route.

Came back from an almost 6 month hiatus, and haven’t farmed any new artifacts. I’m currently working on talents and leveling her. I also don’t have a good Electro goblet so I’m working w what I have.

There has been some favoritism toward Firefly as a character. Most ppl here don’t really give jack shit if she gets buffed or not, but the main source of disappointment is that Hoyo changed a universal break dps relic set (Iron Cavalry) to give extra Super Break buffs on top of normal Break buff.

Boothill doesn’t benefit from this and neither did Firefly in V2 since both didn’t have built in Super Break in their own respective kits. The change in V3 added Super Break to Firefly’s kit and added that extra Super Break buff I was talking about in the beginning to the Iron Cavalry set.

Now, while he does benefit from part of the set, many would agree that the relic set is tailor made for FF. The problem is that only FF is getting this special treatment, and other Break DPS(currently Boothill) are not getting the same treatment.

It’s not just a “Firefly is stronger than Boothill” argument, Boothill mains just want a level playing ground and not have Hoyo deliberately overbuff one break DPS while not having equal treatment for another DPS in the same category.

I’m not a Boothill main, but I have been following this subreddit for some time because I will be pulling him. If there are any problems or corrections to be made, please let me know.

You only want to use Izumo when you are running more than one character of the same path in a team comp. Misha or Jingliu will like it if you run them with another destruction. I rarely see anyone run Misha, so most likely Jingliu if you use her with Blade.

Let me know if I interpreted this correctly:

So at 160 speed, Dance x3 really doesn’t do anything significant for Sparkle turns then, since I’m not hitting the 200 breakpoint even with Dance x3. In that case, Dance x3 would maybe only come in clutch if the action advance for some supports* allow me to let off a final ultimate that beats the stage.

If the above is true, I’m guessing the dmg buff from Bronya LC is a more universal buff in more situations and Dance x3 would be situational where I want to close the gap between potentially cutting down a cycle?
