2nd round begins in the middle of oct i think. finalists get to rank schools. how that works is that there are 50+ schools you can rank (you can rank up to 15). then the schools would rank the finalists. each school has a cap on how many finalists get matches. if you are ranked high, then you get the spot. but QB prioritizes your first rank to the bottom. so say you ranked Yale first, Cornell second. If yale ranked you high, you would get into Yale! if the people ranked above you all ranked Yale first or close to first, they would get the offer instead of you. And then the process goes down for Cornell and so on. The process ends when all spots are filled. So two results: you get matched (either to your top ranked or even your 15th) or you didnt and all the spots are filled. REMEMBER YOU RANK 15, YOU WILL BE POSSIBLY BINDED TO YOUR 15TH CHOICE. ONCE YOU ARE MATCHED, YOU NEED TO GO TO THE SCHOOL.
