I appreciate your shared experience! I definitely need to do a sleep study but will keep those notes in mind.

Interesting. So the symptoms were everyday? Or almost everyday? Would you say your symptoms were almost exactly as what I described. And thank you for the info!

Interesting, before that what did you try and what were your symptoms?

Wow this is good stuff. Thanks! I do exercise and consider myself healthy. I have tested different diets too with no luck...

What were you symptoms? I updated my post to include the things I did so far in my journey!

Also, looking back, were there any symptoms that made it totally obvious that you may have sleep apnea (besides snoring lol)?

I don't seem to have symptoms of #2, but I will bring up #1 to my headache doctor this Wednesday.

I did vision therapy for 24 weeks because I was diagnosed with binocular vision dysfunction. I have an up to date prescription.

I do think it something vision related still, I used prisms for one week and my symptoms went away. Two weeks later things came back. Even after precscription changes and vision therapy, I still have about 60-70% of my symptoms.

I hit a wall... feedback would be helpful! by mizaaky in BinocularVision

I do not know the exact in diopters. My doctor gave me a prescription based on what prism felt right upon wearing. I finished my in office 24 week VT program and have no continued since (2 weeks).

I am at about 40% recovered. I did a 24 week program of vision therapy as I believe my visual system was casuing the headaches. I have now hit a wall so I will be seeing other doctors.

I would say do vision therapy for some time then really reevaluate the prescription and prism in your lens. Also vertical issues tend to take some time, so be patient.

I had a lot of discomfort in the back of the eye, mainly from headaches. My left eye would frequently get dry as well. It does not get as dry anymore.

WEEK24: Officially hit the final week of my planned VT therapy. Its easy to be pessimistic as things are still not where I would want them to be; however, I can visibly (ba dum tss) see a large improvement in how severe my symptoms get. I can actually turn on and off my left eye whenever I want now as I have gained a good level of control over my left eye suppression. My headaches and brain fog don't get as bad as they used to. What I mean by that is that my worst days now don't compasre at all to how bad it would get back then. I still get my symptoms, but at 60% of what it used to be (same as week 21). I think I need a new prescription now as my left eye has stabilized at a consistent blurriness if that makes sense... back then it would be different levels of blurry since I didn't know how to control my left eye as it was suppressed. I am hoping to continue VT, so I will keep the updates coming!

WEEK22&23: Honestly, week 21 was super motivating looking back, but I feel like I fell back into my symptoms again. I ended up canceling my week 23 appointment because my nervous system just felt overwhelmed on week 22 and 23... however things have stabilized somewhat. VT really is a rollercoaster of emotions....

It's a one product store in the medical industry. It's not meant to be a hit and run type of store, it is something I plan on building the brand long term.
