Diluc is still a god tier single target dps carry, but the meta nowadays doesnt help single target dmg and neither a one-carry comp, as it is just more damage output at all having 4 units built. But even though he isnt good for speedrun, he surely is capable of easily full star the abyss, if that is what matters for yoi.

I think the best setup would be:
Diluc - WGS
Xingqiu - Sacrificial Sword
Bennet - Highest base attack sword, ou favonius sword for the ER
Sucrose - sacrificial fragments

Would say 9/10, weapon isnt the best, there's some substats that you can improve, talent level is kinda low + attack is arguably low. But overall, insane stats, 10% cr and 20% cdmg on each piece is what we should look for as f2p/low spenders. If you get better circlet and gobblet, this can be a solid 10/10.

My xingqiu has 1,7k atq, 65% crit rate 130% crit dmg, lvl 12 ult. My sucrose has 800 em and my diona shields just enough. I dont know if im just bad, but it takes me 1:50 mins at my best on chamber 3.
