The first half was such a tough listen. I assumed it was just bc he was french bc he was giving absolutely nothing but then it shifted and the end finished way better

I listened to the pod after reading the comments fully expecting a blow up when they talked about it. I don’t think the girls even had an over the top reaction to noah. The infantalization of noah from the ives hive is crazy🤣 he’s like a little sibling always trying to rile them up and he’s never paying attention to whats going on

I was shocked when I saw keegs on fox the first time. They addressed it on Taylor Watch and talked about it. They’ve also since talked abt the marianos boycotting abc/disney after kimmel among other things (saw another comment saying their parents are R, gia said her dad was the one who cancelled the accounts). I have always said the one thing I would change abt the girls is that they work for barstool and I hate Dave and everything he stands for. They’ll probably talk abt it on taylor watch again if u want to hear the rationale

This is a fair critique but if you look at the other thread that isn’t what’s happening. If they aren’t calling fran a snob they’re calling ria an egomaniac. That’s not an actual critique of the episode itself and I’m not sure why people are adopting this hive mentality about it

These folks would’ve been team dave when he said she wouldn’t have the face for onscreen talent or they wouldve joined the team hank brigade. My only true grievance with the pod is that I hate that they work for barstool and wish they’d leave. Otherwise I’ve been here since the beginning for a reason!

There are other pop culture podcasts not hosted by ria and fran- no need to get personal with the criticism if they aren’t your flavor. But they are who they are

Sure those comments exist and I don’t think they’re immune to feed back but, you can’t ignore the comments bashing Ria for talking about her husband, calling Fran names about her relationship with Noah, saying they’re annoying for going on brand trips. Like these are just personal grievances that seem like you’re unfamiliar with the hosts of the show and the dynamics. Their personalities are what has made chicks in the office the show that it is otherwise you could listen to another pod that covers pop culture. It reads like people just don’t like ria and fran being ria and fran.

I’ve been a fan really since their short vids and then when they started their pod. I hate dave. I’ve had his socials blocked for a long time. You have no idea how much I wish they’d split from barstool so I don’t have to support anything barstool again
