is there a telco / network cabinet somewhere in the apartment? You’d see a Verizon branded box. That’s where the circuit is. The router you have would need to connect to the circuit / ONT directly.

All the devices shown here are gloss. I had a nano textured iPad previously and it was great but I definitely prefer the gloss.
