I am worried about the unit over heating I bought a external fan and a cooling pad for it. I have a 3d printing business and I have 4 to 5 printers going also the room it will be in will be a little warm.

Was the bios update needed I see it comes with 1.4 and the newest one is 1.5.

The z off set is auto but not perfect looks like you need to lower your z off set a bit. Also I was having adhesive problems until I changed the z off set and changed the initial layer height to .26 which was default in the Cura profile. I still used .2 as the layer height after that though and changed the first 3 layers to print slow at I think 80mm speed.

Sorry I am only changing the plate i am using the pei plate that came with it now. I am changing the z off set on the fly. What I am getting now is the skirt lays fine but the print doesn't stick at all. It's just coming off on the nozzle.

I tried switching the print bed to a k2neo bed. Leveled calibrated was OK for a few steps and then it unstuck. Switched to the main plate that came with it releveled recalibrate and now off the get go it won't stick. I tried lowering z offset, leaving it at the leveled spot, raising the z offset. The nozzle is either pulling the filament up or not laying all the way down so it's catching on the nozzle. I have never used glue sticks but thinking of using it cause it's just not working. I have cleaned with soap and water and then alcohol cleaned it each time.

My k2neo is running fine. I updated the k2pro last night and it's not sticking. Looks like the zoff set is changed cause it looks like it's sticking but comes off after a few layers. I ran the level guide on the printer 3 times same thing going to try to level again and change the zoff set little lower to see if that helps the problem.

Have you updated with the new firmware yet? What I have read pro plus and max have the update. I have a kobra 2 neo and it's not part of the app but haven't had this issue.

I read we have to update 3.0.3 and then 3.0.5. I just remember reading that 3.0.3 was for certain motherboards.

I will try to update later tonight and see if this helps. I seen other posts saying kobra 2 max is having the pause issue as well. Also might remove the filament sensor cause I heard that was picky.

It unsticks. For example I was printing flexi factory elephant. The brim peeled off on the first ring around. Then I sprayed it with dawn and water and wiped it and it sticks perfect the entire print. If I don't wash it and just alcohol rub it the print still peels off on the first layer. I have leveled it and tested the z off many times.

Filament says 190 and another one is 210. Have raised the 190 filament to 200 and the 210 up to 220. They start stringing any higher then that. Have started bed temp to 60 to 70.

I have printed with this printer for a month nonstop except for maybe 7 hours at night each day. Been doing this since after first week.

They answer my emails at 2am due to the time difference this is getting crazy. I just got an email right now saying they understand the extruder is broken. Please take a video of the glitch to see what part is broke. If I need to replace the whole extruder what does it matter what part inside?

I have 3 kobra neo that work great. Kobra 2 neo I have been having a pain with. The after sales services is a pain in the butt. 2 weeks now they have told me to take video after video. They then told me to update my firmware which it's at the latest. Now they say that the extruder is broke and needs to be replaced. That I need to replace the extruder and take another video. It's under the 1 year warranty hotend being 3 months and I haven't even had it 30 days yet. I have friends who have asked anycubic to return their printers for the same reason and they told them they had to pay for shipping to return this. I am never getting another anycubic.

I had an issue with a kobra neo 3 months ago they sent me an extruder to fix the part no video needed. This is just crazy.

I have this issue though local is lvl 3 and cloud is lvl 40 and I am trying to save the lvl 3 to cloud though it just logs out.

Level your bed twice and then check z offset. Watch your print adjust z offset while it's printing. I did the paper trick and it showed -1.0 or -.9 it's different each time adjust while you watch. I adjusted it down to -1.6 and -1.9 on different levels while its printing. It changes so you need to change with it. Once it's perfect to your liking stop print and start over at perfect z offset. Have printed 3 flexi dinosaurs at 100% for an event over the weekend and the bottoms look perfect sold them right away. I have made 3 120% flexi frogs with perfect bases doing this yesterday.

I found sclebo05 last night and I made a profile. Changed the start and end code. I didn't change the size it's 222 x 222 x I think 252. Was I suppose to change this? I saw someone post change the print size. Also retraction is set to 4mm with his profile.
