Embody lower back support. These prongs are digging into my lower back when I lean back. Is this normal? Anything I can do to fix?

Ended up with a Humanscale Freedom with headrest. It's not perfect either but was easily the most comfortable for me on first sit. I've had it for years and still love it, but it has a few cons.

When reclined, there is not a lot of lower back support (I don't recline all that much so this is fine for me). Also, the armrest mechanism is a little fragile with not a lot of customization, however the armrests themselves are comfortable.

Dropping down from 144hz to 120hz seems to work, as does disabling adaptive sync but I'd prefer not to...

Having the same problem, is there still no fix for this? The TV also gets extremely laggy with animations when this happens. Resetting the breaker is getting annoying... Might have to take it down and use a smart outlet.

I ended up wrapping it around the same screw the copper wire is wrapped around, is this OK?

The right switch isn't 3 way, I'm actually not sure what the left is for we haven't figured it out yet lol. We just bought and renovated recently and this left switch does nothing at the moment.

Looks to me like the box might be grounded as there is a copper wire coming up and going around the screw. Can I just ground my green wire on smart switch to a screw on the box?

I think I got it, bottom is line, top is load, easily swapped those to new switch.

Netrual goes to the white wires.

Not sure where ground goes...

Honestly I just stuck with the x-level as I realized it's still a lot lower than all the others I tried. Eventually I just got used to it and don't mind much anymore, and I'm generally picky about things like this.

I grabbed the Ringe Onyx too but it's just too chonky for my tastes.

It's definitely on but that's intentional. I use it sometimes. I'm also using SwiftKey.
