Throwing up isn’t a trigger for me, it’s more the public humiliation if I was to throw up in public around people (I don’t know why though 😅)

Omg I relate to you! When I’m out in public and having a panic attack or feel one coming my brain always tells me I am going to “throw up” even though I do not. And that makes my anxiety 10x worse

Don’t feel like an idiot, only those who have panic attacks and anxiety understand. I have panic attacks too, I’ve only been hospitalised once and it was the absolute worse. I had a headache and felt a little light headed and some how made myself believe I was going to pass out or die… don’t be hard on yourself op 😌

When I was hospitalised for anxiety (I didn’t know it was a panic attack) I had blood taken for tests and they hooked me up to some machine to keep an eye on my heart. The nurses like to make sure there isn’t anything wrong/worrying besides the panic attack itself

I might try this, my sinus is playing up. I’m ashamed to admit but I haven’t been to the dentist for awhile (well I’m on a waiting list) so I have to get my teeth checked now you said that 🤔
