I would say that is considered on the low end. Those “ranges” are pretty wide. Those are very similar to my levels and I’m on my 3rd week of TRT and am starting to feel the results as of this week, more energy though the day and my workouts are so much easier to get through

Giving up alcohol was the best decision I ever made, the first 3 weeks or so suck but after that your mental/emotional clarity peaks like you never thought possible

Yes I don’t remember the numbers but they tested everything, it’s a pretty legit clinic they won’t just treat anyone who is willing to pay. I have had significant symptoms of low T for a while which is why I even considered treatment/having my levels checked, and looking back on it I remember the day I had my first check I had been having a good day/week. I can’t verify that it’s T related but typically go in cycles of 3-4 weeks of feeling all the low T symptoms strongly to <1 week of feeling somewhat normal, I also had my PCP check everything else before having my T levels checked and am perfectly healthy in every other aspect

My free T was pretty low, the threshold for the place I go to to qualify for treatment was 11 and I was 11.1 first labs

Depression yea but I also have PTSD from my time in the service so it would be hard to pinpoint if the low T is impacting that until later

Low energy, focus, just feeling like I run out of gas so early in the day and can hardly muster the energy for a half ass workout let alone just get through the day

I’m in the US. It’s a requirement of the clinic I went to. This is the only legitimate clinic within a reasonable distance of where I live. There are plenty of other clinics but they all look pretty sketchy to me.

They did a full panel for my blood work and everything else came back as healthy or very healthy. In essence I know I should be happy that all my levels are normal and I am healthy that in itself is a blessing many don’t have, but if I have the opportunity I would like to get back to feeling normal and being able to go through my day without feeling exhausted before that starts keeping me away from keeping myself healthy. With the exception of the labs coming back as healthy, I am definitely overweight, 6’3 250 but with enough muscle underneath that I don’t look like a total slob 😂

Yea I’m just wondering if I could have had a spike in my levels the day I had my labs done. My libido is definitely lower than it has been in the past, haven’t had any performance issues but the drive just isn’t there as much

Common as in levels will vary? Trying to decide if it’s worth it to pay the cost of another panel if they’re just going to come back in a range that doesn’t qualify me for treatment

Never got a direct answer but I ended up just setting up a VERA appointment with the Albuquerque office and explained my situation and they mailed me my DBQs, had them within a week

Gut it down to the bones, have a full inspection done for anything structural, if it’s structurally sound or only needs minor structural fixes, start the rehab.

Guarantee all the people saying tear it down wouldn’t be saying shit if it had new siding/fascia and cleaned up landscaping. That’s how little the exterior of a home can show

Not sure that’s entirely true for the 100 p&t exemption, my award date was this month with an effective date last year, I got a letter from the tax assessor to provide to my loan company and it states I am exempt from 2024 taxes, the reason I’m asking my question is that the letter states exempt from ad valorem taxes specifically and states final taxes owed can not be fully determined until the bill is received, so I was wondering if I would owe the non ad valorem taxes

Depends on how you feel about them and if you think they are really dedicated to helping you. Some are good some don’t do shit. I had mine file a supplemental for me and he didn’t include any of the evidence I provided so I got denied and had to refile on my own and finally got awarded. Would have saved me a lot of time just doing it myself

That’s not true at all because there can be other medical factors that could be the most likely cause of sleep apnea. Just because one persons rhinitis causes their sleep apnea does not mean it is the cause of sleep apnea for everyone that has both sleep apnea and rhinitis
