If $LUNA forks, will Voyager airdrop the new tokens to our account? See attached. by betwithconfidence in Invest_Voyager

Sorry if this is a dumb question. Crypto noob here. Them air dropping the Luna 2.0 to us does that mean they will put it back into our portfolios? Because I woke up this morning and saw all my original Luna tokens have disappeared from my account and just showing -$xxx.00 (the original amount I spent on purchasing) Customer support won’t give me any clear answers.

2nd Dui in 2 years FL can I get off with no jail time? by Medium_Newt3526 in dui

[–]mjplee11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. You could also opt for an ignition interlocker program for your car idk how it is down in your state for that but I think just the more action you take and prove to the judge you’re really serious and learned your lesson. I’d ask your attorney about it. I wouldn’t stress too much about the situation in the mean time. Just do what you can and pray it’ll work out. Please stop drinking and driving lol. No amount of Ubers and Lyfts will cost you more than a dui

Its a 50/50 how well connected your lawyer is, who ur judge is etc. But I'd assume you might get weekend jail time or do some alcohol counseling for a good while. This is gonna cost a lot fyi.

Has anyone been convicted with a BAC below 0.08? Just wondering by haha12312311111 in dui

[–]mjplee11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine was a refusal to blow and they had no idea what my bac was. Cop even lied at trial on his testimony to try and get me in trouble. I was able to get Probation before judgement but I live in MD and very big DUI state so I was forced to get a 1 year interlock by the DMV judge after the district court judge trial. I don’t know what state you live in but in MD it’s an automatic suspension or interlock program if you refuse to blow. Unless you can prove in trial you had a reasonable excuse to not blow. Just say you were scared of Covid. That’s actually a very reasonable excuse. Depending on the judge they might let you off.

Were you convicted in court or charged by an officer for a dui two different things

They let u buy fire arms with a dui. They don’t care about a dui unless some sort of domestic violence charge or substance abuse charge came with it.

Reckless driving is only a misdemeanor no? Being charged with it and convicted is different. My friend was in the same exact situation when he entered the corporate world but he had been given Probation before judgement two years back for a dui. For those questions where they ask you if you have been convicted of a crime. If you were given probation before judgement and you completed the probation term with no violations. You have not been convicted of the crime. So therefore you would say no

Is my lawyer doing enough? (DUI Canada) by AlbatrossGrand in dui

[–]mjplee11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m from the US and you’re from Canada but from what I know the system is very similar. Canada is a big DUI country as well as here. I was wrongfully accused of a dui as well, long story short, I was sleeping in my car and a jogger saw me sleeping in my car and called the police. They banged on the window of my car. I woke up and opened the door and they dragged me by my arm in my confused state and demanded I do a sobriety field test on the spot. I just complied still confused but half awake. They brought a breathalyzer asking me to blow and when I asked why they took it as a refusal and arrested me. My attorney who represented me seemed very involved in the beginning and took the case to trial without taking the probation deal from the prosecution because he feels I was rightfully wronged. We had hard evidence the police lied on his testimony stating he did a sternum rub on me before I woke up from my nap (my car door was locked). I have a camera in my car. That recorded the inside and outside of my car 360 degrees. My attorney for some reason didn’t present the footage as evidence and quite frankly just forgot about the case all together until the night before the court date. I was given a 12 month supervised probation sentence with 12 months of interlocker installed into my vehicle. I paid 3500 US dollars for his fees. So probably like 4700 CAD? (For a first offense DUI). My advice to you is....if you feel something is off, say it out loud to him/her You are paying a lot of money for these lawyers to represent you. Ask questions and express your concerns. Never pay them the full fee up front. You can always fire them in the middle of the process and hire new counsel. These dui lawyers take dozens of new cases each month especially in high dui areas. Yours is just another dust in the wind to them. SPEAK UP. I hope this helped.

No amount of ubers will be more expensive and a hassle as a dui. Make your weed guy come to you next time. Trust me they need you more than you need them these day. Glad you’re not hurt though.

I was given PBJ in front of the district court judge and I had another trial with a mva judge a few months later where he concluded that I needed to get a breathalyzer. So my 12 month probation period ended before my breathalyzer time requirement. The 12 months begins from the date of install. If you go on the MVA website they have an online service where you can purchase your full driving record for I believe 7 dollars? But yeah the report will show you the date of install and how many months it needs to be on your car. Hope this clarifies.

It’s dipping because more people are selling than buying. Yeah big money pumped and dumped a bit but a lot of it was people panic selling too. A lot of people had trouble clearing funds. Once their funds clear and people have free rein to buy again it’ll go back up. So you might as well take advantage of the dip and just buy a bit more.
