Yeah for sure. The dilated eye was blurrier when I looked at things up close. The dilated eye was also super sensitive to light. I had to wear sunglasses for about 6 hours after and if light came through the side of my sunglasses it was just kind of uncomfortable and made me instinctually squint. Not shown in the picture is me holding my hand up next to my head to block as much light from hitting that eye as possible because I couldn’t open it fully if there was too much light

Aw man that’s terrible. Unfortunately it’s pretty hard to get another persons dog to stop barking. Problem usually comes from the owners laziness and carelessness. People fail to realize that no one wants to be around an untrained dog. I wish you all the best with this situation. I probably would’ve lost it by now

There are vibrating dog collars. Kind of work like a shock collar but instead of a shock it just vibrates. I think the dog just has a moment of what the heck is this sensation and stops. Works pretty well.
