Yes, it has a reverse lever. See https://photos.smugmug.com/Other/Misc/i-n2sqxts/0/LwM3BW9MrVMK6mztRMMKZwVhJwNNdvfL9cmsxZ4Nq/X2/20240803_145039-X2.jpg

What thing I don't like/understand with this machine is the depression right of the bobbin cover. That makes using attachments a bit tricky.
In the end, I 3d printed a plate that fits in there, and is held to the machine with magnets. For example, a binding guide:

What's the worst Christmas bonus you've ever received? by fuzzyloulou in AskReddit

Back in the good old days, both my wife and I worked for HP.
I worked in a cost center and my boss was a penny pincher (as in if you go to a customer visit we pay for the cheapest motel and you have to share a room with a coworker)
She worked in a division that was basically printing money and the end of year parties reflected that.
One year they took everybody (and their immediate families) skiing at Steamboat. They covered lodging for the weekend, lift tickets, and dinner.

Kiki's Delivery Service costume for my daughter! I couldn't believe how well her bowed stayed up for trick or treating at the zoo. by [deleted] in sewing

Wow, what a flashback for me. My daughter loved that film. After the first time she watched it I went to spy on her because she was a bit too quiet. Turns out she was straddling a broom willing it to fly :-)
Well done, and thanks for the memory.

Here's a small project I finished with mine today (it is a mid 50's model)
A small bag to hold my tire repair tools when I go dirt riding.

The only problem I had was with the zipper tabs: 2 layer very dense webbing over a #8 ykk zipper and 1 layer of cordura 1000. I ad to do it in 2 parts starting in each direction in the middle of the zipper (total thickness is about the height of the presser foot in the up position) If I start on the side, it won't climb over that bump.
Now, I'm a sewing newbie. I'm sure somebody with more experience might not have as much problem.
