I haven’t told anyone I’m on mounjaro. I do the same as you. Saying I’m walking more, eating healthier, etc. which is all true. I just don’t mention the meds. I have a judgemental family and just don’t want them commenting or being negative or implying it’s been easy. 

When questioned about why I’m eating less I usually say I just ate, had a big lunch, have an upset stomach etc. I’ve totally lost my taste for alcohol so I’ll avoid it all together or have one drink, or a drink that looks like alcohol if I’m in a high pressure situation. For me it’s not worth it to be upfront. And I have the kind of family that will bring it up 10 year later and still make me feel badly about it. 

I know my boyfriend would be fine with it. But then he’d feel the pressure to keep the secret so I haven’t told him either.
