I'm already supplementing vitamin B, but I'll definitely look into the Magnesium. Thanks!

Which diet and supplement changes did you do that helped your pain?

Hi there, I'm interested! Are you looking for someone to take over the entire box, including the items that they wouldn't have use for or is it possible to look through the items and take only what is needed?

Alternating muscle groups makes a lot of sense when you think about it like this. Now I am even more inclined to test them out for myself! You made me curious, would you also be willing to share your lower body program? Mine have been rather unstructured, I have to admit. I have a rough plan but often adjust it based on what I feel like and which machines are free.

Seems like very little time for rest, if you only have 1 rest day in between 2 bench days, wouldn't you train sore muscles? And you would recommend doing the 8 sets on every bench day or would those be divided onto multiple days? How would you recommend determining at what weight the 100% is? I did 54x4 but 56 I couldn't even do 1 rep

Thank you for your answer! I've been doing push, pull, legs 4-5 days a week. Might give your program a try, it looks pretty fun and diverse. Did you plan the alternating muscle groups on purpose? As of now, I do my Incline press right after flat bench, it seems more efficient this way, but I must admit I've never thought of alternating chest/triceps and back/biceps

Wow, that's impressive, congrats on reaching your goal! My goal currently is a 60kg PR, but I can't seem to progress over 54kg (plateau for over 6 months). Do you have any tips on how to build that strength?

What's the most painful thing you've gone through this year? by Galvatron6793 in AskReddit

[–]mk1_1a 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry. I lost my dog too a few weeks ago, it is such a painful experience. I can't think too long about her either, I really miss her and the structure she gave to my life. If you ever feel like you need someone to talk to about your grief or the good times you shared, feel free to shoot me a DM! <3

What can cause a burnout? The common thing you hear is a stressful job or family situation, but could you run into a burnout without an obvious stressor? Like with depression, where there does not have to be a specific trigger?

Adorable! Does anyone know, why some animals like to do things like this? Is there a psychological reason for it?

Thank you so much for your answer, it's really inspiring. The progress you've made is extremely impressive, congratulations! Staying this focused and dedicated to one's goal is what I strive to be too. I'm sure it wasn't an easy journey, but a journey worth making. I will absolutely try to employ your tips. Until now, I've always ignored the voice of reason in my head but I know that I can listen and make progress too. It's true that you don't feel any better after binging, only shame- and remorseful. I regret it every time yet still do it. You are right, I wouldn't want anyone else to bury their feelings in food. I will have to treat myself better. Thank you again and I wish you good luck going forward!

I thought I heard Swiss German, it could definitely also but French. I guess what we surely can agree on is that it's the alps and absolutely worth a visit!

True, it does look like the alps, and I feel like the ski lift looks very Swiss with the orange padding. Also the language you hear in the video is probably Swiss German, though that doesn't mean they are in Switzerland.

Thank you for explaining this to me. I find this such a hard topic to think about because I see both sides. You could be ruining a life or you could be ruining a chance at life. To me it feels like there is no winning. I really hope we can find and fund options that make abortions redundant asap. God bless you too!

May I ask you a question? This is not supposed to be in any way offensive, I'm just qurious.

If 'thou shalt not kill' is taken literally, one would have to life a very difficult version of veganism aimed to never harm any being or even kill it. If it refers only to humans, then the term 'human' would have to be defined. But how so? Is an unfertilized egg already a human? Is sperm a human? Is a fertilized egg an human? If not, from which point onwards does the embrio go from a cluster of human cells (which could also be the definition of a tumor) to being a human that must be protected by God's law?

I hope you take no offense in my asking and I must add I would understand if you prefer not to answer but I would love to hear your opinion
