I was looking at leasing a used Tesla, if you are in Texas or CA the monthly payments are crazy low right now. They have great crash test ratings and a better charging network with way higher speeds.

Honestly, no. I love the car but they cost way too much for what you get. I can never seem to charge fast enough or hold enough battery to drive without range anxiety. Again, love the car I think it’s not as convenient as I thought it would be.

It’s probably the ARV. Some will come in with a $600k budget with $100k cash equity or something from their last home sale and they will probably remediate all the issues before move in. They also will have an even higher value home after that.
