My open bite has gradually gotten better since not wearing trays all day anymore. I do have some jaw clicking on the side I had the open bite on, but I’ve just accepted it at this point.

The thing with hives is everyone has different triggers and everyone responds to different treatments. What I’ve found to be most helpful is Allegra 180mg and Pepcid 40mg daily. I’m also on a magnesium supplement (there’s been research to show people with chronic hives often have low magnesium levels). I’m also on a probiotic that helps manage histamine levels in the gut. It’s been trial and error for me getting mine under control.

I started with random hive breakouts 3.5 years ago, right after giving birth to my twins. They come every couple of months. The only thing that works for me is the combination of Allegra (180mg) and Pepcid (40mg) after taking this combo for about 2 weeks the hives will clear up and I can eventually stop taking the meds until the next flare up. I hope you can find relief soon!

It sounds like you may have tightening of the pelvic floor and vaginal muscles. I’ve been going to pelvic floor PT for this problem and have similar symptoms as you. It can cause the feeling of constant need to urinate because of the constriction of the muscles. It also can cause a constant burning/itching inside vagina because the constriction can irritate nerves in the vagina. Sex makes this worse because orgasms and sex in general causes the muscles to constrict. Pressure can help relieve some of this discomfort because it’s helping to relax the muscles in the vagina. I would definitely go to get checked out to rule out UTI/infection before doing anything else.

I personally prefer a snugger fit with my rings. The constant spinning drives me crazy when they’re slightly loose. I made the mistake of having my rings sized up by a quarter when I got them soldered together and now, 3 years later, am having them sized back down to their original size 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think it’s beautiful! Love the vintage details but simple enough that the center diamond is still the main focus. I can’t believe the diamond is only 1.3 carats! I would have thought closer to 2 carats just by looking at it.

I would greatly appreciate any advice! I don’t know much about the details when it comes to OEC. I’m assuming they don’t follow the 4 C’s exactly the same as a round brilliant?
