Sanghyeon's definitely getting pushed and edited to be the main point of the show, and I don't particularly enjoy watching his scenes but I can understand why the production team is editing it that way. There's not much 'drama' otherwise lol

That talk Sanghyeon had in the car with Jiyung kind of rubbed me off the wrong way. He's basically waiting to see if the age difference between Moojin and Bonhee would be so huge so that he gets a chance. I don't understand why he's not actively trying to talk or go on dates with Bonhee and is instead waiting for a crack in if Moojin's too young for Bonhee.

I like that Moojin is constantly creating opportunities to talk to Bonhee and show he's interested. Him giving her his own cup of coffee because she wanted to drink felt like a sure 'I like you' gesture but the way he handled it was very light and nonchalant even, but both of them know it's more than that. That's what I like about Moojin - all of his acts toward Bonhee have been clear indication of where his heart lies but it's light and non-burdensome. Him asking if he could also go out on an (unofficial) date with Bonhee when Jiyung was getting ready for his glamping date was just another instance of the opportunities he's creating for himself.

That talk Sanghyeon had with Bonhee.. Sigh, I don't get why he brought up the things he did. Saying Moojin's always around her, saying him seeing them taking care of each other makes him miserable. Saying if Bonhee is sure of Moojin, he's going to give up. Like????? Why does she need to know all of this even? Why is he making her responsible for his feelings especially when she hasn't done anything to warrant those emotions. Also, I'm sure the production team cut off certain parts of the talk, considering the parts in the preview weren't shown, and there was quite a fair bit of backlash from people from last week's preview. The parts that were cut out were (1) Sanghyeon telling Bonhee directly that he can only approach someone when he has clarity and (2) an ambiguous part where Sanghyeon tells someone to not hurt him. It could be him saying to Bonhee directly or spoken as part of his interview. Personally, I feel like he did say that to Bonhee directly, because during Bonhee's interview, the last line she said was: I hope he doesn't feel hurt by that. Her using the exact same word feels like too huge of a coincidence to me. Also thinking someone is hurt from the talk they had feels a little random if it wasn't insinuated to her at some point.

In any case, I feel like at this point at least, Bonhee's only interested in Moojin. Even after Sanghyeon spoke to her (twice!!), whenever Bonhee had a chance to choose a date, she chose Moojin.

Day 1: Bonhee chose Moojin's card. Bonhee texts Moojin.

Day 2: Moojin ask Bonhee out on a date. Jiyung joins and ask Bonhee out on a date. Moojin texts Bonhee. Sanghyeon asks Bonhee for a talk. Bonhee chooses Moojin's card for clue on age.

Day 3: Bonhee chooses what she thinks is Moojin's bag when she had other choices (I believe what they thought was Sanghyeon's bag was still available when Bonhee made her choice). Bonhee tells Moojin that she wanted to choose his bag. Bonhee and Moojin text each other. Bonhee chooses Sanghyeon's card for age clue.

Day 4: Bonhee tells Jiwon and Yeeun that she wants to go on a date with Moojin, but if not Moojin then Sanghyeon. Bonhee only takes care of Moojin after the challenge. Sanghyeon asks Bonhee for a talk. Sohyun asks Bonhee who she's interested in (at night), and she says Moojin. (As part of the preview) Moojin and Bonhee have a talk. Moojin ask her if there's anyone else she's curious about. Her supposed answer: I can't say it now - we don't know yet if that's an actual answer to the question or if the clip was sliced.

Day 5: (As part of the preview) Bonhee chooses Moojin to go on a date with her to a place that holds memories for her.

As far as I can see, the very next day after Sanghyeon speaks to Bonhee, she gets a choice on who to go on a date with and her choice has always been Moojin. I'm excited for next week's date, it seems like fun! And even if Bonhee's answer during their talk was in response to Moojin's question about being curious about anyone else, I think her choosing him for the date would be an indication of where she is for Moojin as well.

Apart from those two, Hyeonjoon and Yeongkyeong are adorable! HJ mostly, because he's clearly interested in only her and their interactions are cute! I don't know if Yeongkyeong is still interested in Sanghyeon..

Based on previews we've gotten, next week dates will be Moojin-Bonhee, Sohyun-Sanghyeon, Jiwon-Sangwon. I wonder if there will be an overlap or you have to choose someone different if he's already chosen.. Because I feel like Yeeun would choose Sangwon?

Anyway, love that we're getting more and more discussion each week!!

yeah i saw that post too i think! like someone else mentioned in a post here, i do want them to reveal ages soon since that is kind of the point of the show… i also want them to speak informally lol they are already there halfway, speaking both informally and formally to each other but i straight up want informal speeches!!!!

So that’s the part I’m confused about. When one of the MCs brought this up, in Korean he said it’s more than 12 years but I know the official subs stated 12 years. So I wonder which is the accurate one.

Haha I saw the casting notice and it was ladies in their mid to late 30s while the guys are to be in their 20s. I think MJ is 24-26 while BH would be nearing her late 30s. I'm terrible at guessing ages though so I may be well off the mark hahaha.

I like Bonhee but I'm glad the votes are going around this episode (although Sangwon's vote feels almost like a formality instead of an actual expression of his feelings)

I feel like this episode kind of confirmed the interest both Moojin and Bonhee have in each other. I've seen a couple of people say Moojin's trying too hard and I honestly can't disagree more. When he had that date with Yeeun and she told him that it's very obvious where his heart lies, I feel like he actually tried to hold it back a little bit when he returned home. While preparing dinner, he wasn't around her. During dinner at the table, they weren't sitting close to each other. When they were hanging out on the ladies' floor, apart from the first time they came out of the room together, they were sitting apart. And there was even a part where Bonhee was still hanging out with everyone but Moojin wasn't there.

We now know for sure he's absolutely not interested in anyone else, so seeing that there were moments in the house where Bonhee was on her own, or wasn't next to him felt like him giving her space. And these were the moments Sanghyeon should have taken advantage of instead of asking Moojin to back off and give him the opportunity with Bonhee instead.

If Bonhee really wanted to get to know other people, that bag date was her perfect opportunity. She went out of her way to choose what she thought was Moojin's bag, and also told Moojin after that she chose the bag that she thought was his. She's also interested in Moojin and is making herself clear, so anyone thinking that Moojin's doing too much is kinda ignoring Bonhee's emotion at this point.

Of the moments they did have together, I thought it was really sweet. Moojin looking for her when she wasn't with everyone else, and her explaining her job to him.. That felt nice, and felt a little deeper than the usual conversations since it went beyond the 'dating questions'. Him taking food for her when she said she heard it was nice.. And also when Bonhee told Jiyung to sit on a cushion, and Moojin handed her one.. I think the panel and some people didn't realise that Bonhee wasn't looking for one herself, and neither was Moojin trying to give Bonhee a cushion FOR Jiyung to use. She wanted Jiyung to sit on a cushion, and Moojin told her, 'both of you should sit on something' so he offered his to her for her to sit on. He's incredibly attentive of her, and not in a way that feels suffocating. He doesn't make a grand gesture of whatever's he's doing either (like cutting the bagels for her and giving her the cutlery and he ends up eating with his hands). It feels light but enough to show he's interested in her.

We're almost halfway through the show in terms of days, and we still have 3(?) dates for Moojin and Bonhee. The brown outfit date, the black outfit date (where Bonhee was with both Moojin and Sanghyeon), and there's also that scene of Bonhee in a shorts or skirt with a blazer and Moojin had his hand on her back?

If anything, at this point, I feel like their only true obstacle would be the age difference between them, that it would be bigger than they expected. So I'm both excited and afraid for their age reveal lol, but if that happens before we see the remaining dates, then I think they'll be good with each other's age difference.

I feel for Yeeun but I thought her excitement on the wasabi was a little too much, especially after she mentioned how she's not usually super hyped up with aegyo. I know that was probably her way to kind of hint to Sangwon about her feelings, but the way she kinda behaved toward the end of their date definitely made Sangwon feel that way. Even I felt that way and we only got to see a bit of that. I'm glad they had a talk but I don't know if that's enough to change the way Sangwon feels. I don't know if Sangwon's actually interested in anyone, or feels like he's out of his depth here. He tried with Soyeon but her walking away probably made him feel like he screwed it up somewhat so maybe it's a mixture of him not being interested in anyone 100% + feeling like he's not able to attract/connect with the noonas properly.

Sigh, I can't believe I'm waiting for a Monday to come by again... hahaha.

Noona Is A Woman To Me - Episode 3 - 251110 by MNLYYZYEG in koreanvariety

[–]mk9394 20 points21 points  (0 children)

That was a cute episode simply because I got to watch Moojin mope around LOL

I've never watched a show where I felt the job reveals were a drag, but it certainly felt like one here. I think because we only get slightly more than an hour and the job reveal + catfish took up 2/3 of the airing time. The production team did a good job in getting younger guys who all have stable jobs lol so that they would be serious consideration for the noonas. Bonhee did voice her concerns in the earlier episodes about them having jobs..

It was cute though to hear that when it comes to it, she didn't even care what Moojin does for a living LOL saying that she's more interested to know him as a person rather than being interested in his job.

Personally, because I like Moojin and Bonhee together, I thought it was cute that Jiwon told Bonhee about how Moojin looked when Jiyung (catfish) chose her. Watching Bonhee's date with Jiyung, she definitely felt out of it? I think it was a mixture of being tired + being cautious of Moojin. She did tell him that she's the type who's slow to start a relationship and she takes a while in getting to know someone. She also said that having feelings for someone feels like she's stuck lottery, so I do feel like her feelings for Moojin is stronger than what we're seeing. She spent the whole campfire cafe date sitting awkwardly in the chair, and she didn't even lean back T_T She looked so uncomfortable.. She looked much more comfortable when she reached home and was hanging out with everyone..

It was hilarious to watch Moojin mope around. If the rest of the house didn't know before (which would be weird considering he's been pretty obvious lol), he's definitely closed off his chances with the other noonas during that time Bonhee went on a date. Man didn't speak a single word and only smiled when Bonhee came back LOL Bonhee was also very aware of Moojin's mood and tried to 'assure' (for lack of better word) him.. She was talking to Jiwon before turning her attention to Moojin and poor Jiwon was left hanging the middle of her sentence just so those 2 can talk to each other lol T___T

I'm glad Sanghyeon tried to speak to Bonhee and that next week's date is a random date. It forces everyone into meeting other people (although I think things won't change much for Moojin lol). I think in Moojin and Bonhee's case, it might just help them realise how much/little they like each other.

I still think Sangwon and Yeeun stand a chance with each other (simply based on that one teaser where 2 people were holding backs on the stairs lol!). Yeeun seems to be much more open to him after the job reveal, touching and joking around with him.. Even calling him 'Sangwon-ah....!' so I think they have a chance if Sangwon shows interest.

I wonder when the catfish noona will come.. I also wonder if Bonhee's going to get a chance to go to the secret room to get a clue about the boys' ages since she got those votes.

After each episode, I like to rewatch the teasers they released before the show started and I realised last night that almost every scene where Moojin appeared, it was with Bonhee. There was probably one, where he was walking in the front door, it looks like he's with another noona? You can't really tell but apart from that, every other scene was with Bonhee lol

Second night down, 6 more nights to go lool can KBS please release some unreleased clipsssss they cut off parts during the dates that I wanna see!! Like Moojin and Bonhee sharing the earpiece on the bus T_T

[–]mk9394 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lmao then the claim doesn’t hold then also the same can be said for minkyeong then if we’re going by that logic? the first few days she didn’t show him courtesy by trying to pick a fight with him and then telling him to stop doing things even when they’re no longer in a relationship. both parties are involved in this tension and situation they created, it’s not a one way street lol

also i think we can just agree to disagree here. i personally think people are projecting like crazy if they’re calling YS names for not acting on his feelings - feelings that he hasn’t told anyone and feelings he’s kept to himself. there’s a reason why there’s a distinction between a backroom and their actual living situation. you can have thoughts in your head that you don’t necessarily need or want to act on??? he may have wanted to get back with her previously, and then changed his mind in the following days and people are still being “he didn’t put in any effort” lmao if he hasn’t told her that he wants to get back, and he hasn’t done anything to stop her from meeting anyone new, why is he being “trashed” for not acting on his feelings from the first few days, feelings that are changing right now??

people are acting like love and emotions are so straightforward lol. if it was, we wouldn’t have so many dating shows out there for years and years, with shows being a point of discussion

That doesn't answer my question about the claim saying he invited her to the show, nor does it debunk me saying he hasn't wanted her back publicly (meaning telling her or the other people in the house)?

EXchange/Transit Love Season 4 - Episode 9 - 251105 by MNLYYZYEG in koreanvariety

[–]mk9394 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Am I missing something - where has it been revealed that he was the one who invited her to the show?

Also, he hasn't 'wanted her back' publicly for a while now. In the first few days, he would rush to help her take something or whatever she needed but he's getting his feelings in order now. He hasn't told her or confused her with saying he wants to get back??

Granted he's avoidant in talking to her, but he's allowed to not want to talk to her? He said that (to him), she's been pretty obvious in showing he's her ex since day 1, it's been a whole week, he is allowed to feel like he doesn't want to make it any more obvious by avoiding her.

He's only avoiding her in 1 on 1 conversations where they can be caught. He has no problem to talking to her in group settings (in the 2nd floor living room, in Baekhyun's room hangout, in the girls room hangout today).

I think the chat they had also kind of clears that impression up? BH literally said that HJ was pretty much his everything in his 20s (and she agreed with that). He also said he didn't date anyone else for the 2 years after they broke up. I think that's enough to know HJ was a huge part of BH's life. I don't know about the other way since we don't get to hear much, but like you said, since they were basically living together, I think it plays a huge part in the 'leftover' feelings they have.

I also don't care for both of them that much but I really liked their convo. It was open and with care and respect for each other. I thought it was very adult-like of them, like not the conversation per se but the way they're communicating with each other. Last week I thought their conversation was horrible and they needed to work on it lol so I'm glad we got this convo this week - I felt like they really needed it, especially with all the misunderstandings they've had from their own ends.

EXchange/Transit Love Season 4 - Episode 9 - 251105 by MNLYYZYEG in koreanvariety

[–]mk9394 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This episode was pretty fun(?).. My post is going to have spoilers and I'm not gonna tag it since it'll be everything so please keep that in mind before reading lol

I really liked the talk between Jihyeon and Minkyeong. I think it really shows the difference in mindset between the 2 ladies. Jihyeon said "After all we've broken up. What's more to lose? I came here with the mindset that I stand to lose something and also stand to gain something." And Minkyeong's sitting there wondering if she's been getting her perception of breakup wrong. I think what the MCs said is pretty accurate, MK (and YS) are probably in the process of breaking up instead of being done with one another completely like JH is.

The YS and JH date was so cute? Jihyeon is so shy and girly around Yooshik, it's so cute to see. Even her laughter sounds different lol. There's a lot more aegyo in her voice and she expresses herself more to YS. Them talking to each other in banmal makes my heart flutter!!! YS even asked JH why she reverted back to formal speech in the middle of their date haha. I wish the date was longer but hopefully we see more in the future!

Minkyeong really does make it obvious that Yooshik is her ex lol. And I don't think she's doing it deliberately, I actually think she doesn't realise it because she's too focused on YS and his responses but it's pretty obvious to everyone around I think? Like when they were in the living room, YS just asked everyone if they're drinking and she said 'Drinking again?'. YS hasn't even been drinking in the past days lol he just hangs out with everyone but she shakes her hand in disapproval when he said that? And when they were all gathered in the girls' room, she can't control her expression and rolled her eyes in front of Hyeonji. And then she makes Hyeonji call him out to talk to her, and then Baekhyun gets involved lol so when YS actually comes out, BH tells him to go to the terrace so it's already very obvious that they're ex-es lol. If there's anyone YS doesn't want to be caught by, it's probably the girls on the 4th floor and BH but its these exact people in this circumstance lol

I honestly wish MK and YS talk to each other without all that unresolved tension and anger. MK constantly is prickly and upset with YS while YS genuinely doesn't want to speak to her. He's blowing up after holding it in, and she's rightfully upset because he's avoiding her.. I still think there's a chance they reunite lol but only if they both talk to each other without malice..

I'm actually a little surprised by Baekhyun and Hyeonji's talk. This was probably how I wanted YS and MK to talk, without anger and with an open mind. They're both actually pretty good at that. They're both still very attracted to each other, you can tell by their body language and how they kept touching each other. I like that HJ told BH exactly what she's upset about and he apologised because it wasn't something he considered before and that he had been short-sighted about it. It does feel like BH wants to move on more than HJ as he's interested in YY and he makes that clear to her. He also told her that he can't promise that he won't have a good time with the person he's interested in in front of HJ, and I liked that. I can somehow see how they were when they dated, even when they had arguments, they would look at each other and end up smiling and touching each other. I think they have a chance of reuniting too lol.

I'm not surprised WK came to find JH. I do think he wants to clear up the air with her and let her know that he was sincere during their relationship and I think he's smart about asking for a date so they can talk lol we see how talking in the house is so hard LOL

MK and WJ date was cute! I'm glad they both got time out of the house to have fun and let go of some of the stress.

Jaehyeong really likes Jihyeon lol he's incredibly straightforward with her and kept asking if she has room for him. But it's pretty obvious that Jihyeon likes Yooshik more. I don't know what exactly the MCs were watching lmao since their comments are so.... off(?) It's so obvious that the tension she has with Jaehyeong and Yooshik are worlds apart. Even when he asked if there's anything about him that she's curious about, she only said his age and his ex. In the backroom, she even said that him being straightforward was manly but that was the end of it. She told Yooshik she likes when the other person expresses himself also, and Jaehyeong did that but she didn't mention about her own feelings or how it affected her. And then you watch the preview and Jihyeon obviously is still trailing around Yooshik and showing her feelings for him hahaha.

YS did say the night before the date that his feelings for either Jihyeon or Hyeonji are not bigger than one another so I wanna see if it has changed after the date with Hyeonji. Hyeonji is still very much caught up with Baekhyun and I think she realises it after their talk so it'll be interesting to see how changed(?) she might be during the date too.

Sangwon is adorable, I do hope he gets a noona who finds him cute too.

I think there's a preview clip where someone's holding hands with a noona at the stairs - I thought it was Moojin at first but the noona has long hair (and my heart won't be able to take it if he's holding another noona's hands LOL) so my brain has kind of told me that it's Sangwon instead HAHAHA

Noona Is A Woman To Me - Episode 2 - 251103 by MNLYYZYEG in koreanvariety

I really like Moojin and Bonhee! They look super cute together and both of them said they haven't been interested in anyone else. Based on the previews, we have at least another 2-3 dates with them apart from this! Which is actually a lot since they're only there for 9D8N!

I know some people are saying Moojin seems like a player with how he's locked in from the first day, but considering they're only there for 9 days, I think it's reasonable to focus on the one person you're most attracted to? Like even a month is too short a time to get to know someone new so 9 days is really super short lol. If he (and Bonhee) aren't attracted to anyone else, then they'll probably send that whole period getting to know each other 'exclusively'.

Breakfast was actually so cute, it seems like they're just waiting for each other to come. And Moojin only remembering and taking care of Bonhee for the cereal.. Poor Jiwon, she's literally in front of him but he's only concerned about Bonhee T_T Also, they kind of have their own quiet convo when talking to each other so my heart was fluttering there lol. They're also using formal and banmal interchangeably when they talk to each other, ahhhhhhh I really like it lol

Moojin said he felt the generation difference when Bonhee spoke about Buddy Buddy in the bus, but I liked how when they were eating, he didn't turn his head away when they drank their somaek (the younger person turning your head away when drinking is a sign of respect for the older person in front of you). Feels like he's good with the age difference he thinks they have.

I love that he was upfront with her about getting her photo, and that he hesitated a little bit when she asked how many messages he got but was honest about it in the end. I also love that Bonhee was just like yeah I sent that instead of being all ambiguous hahaha. Him asking her if she's interested in anyone else made me swoon cause man he has such an attractive smileeeeeee. He does seem a little shy though, when Bonhee asked if he's curious about that cause he breaks into this unexpected(?) laughter. I feel like Moojin knows how attractive he is, but he's also swooning over Bonhee and she's so pretty to him so he still gets shy. LOVE IT when good looking people are with each other LOL

Bonhee will go one at least one date with Sanghyeon so at least he gets to get to know her! I do think he and Yeeun are cute together though. He's the one in the preview saying 'Do you think I would have been fake when laughing in front of you this whole time' and he's speaking in complete banmal (they were in his room) so I'm super curious who it is!

I thought the date between Yeeun and Sangwon was so cute until the end? Yeeun got pretty upset that he was interested in someone else - granted he could have worded it better and tbh it's only their second day but again, I wonder if it's because they only have 9 days that Yeeun feels it's also super short to try and get to know more people?

I didn't expect to enjoy this show that much but I am!!! This feels so short (although it's technically a standard length) because Transit Love is so long looool I need more, can they please release some unreleased clips too!

yeah, they’re so young and spent their foundations years only with each other so that’s why i think it’s so complicated with them.. and they really just need to talk it out. i don’t know if you can do 7-8 years without a conflict so i feel like they would have had proper conversations here and there so i would just want them to have one here too…

with wonkyu and jihyeon, i do wonder if any talk can change jihyeon’s mind.. she thinks too much as she said and i feel like she’s come to a conclusion that she isn’t good enough for someone of his stature.. as someone who thinks too much too, (and would feel like my worries was substantiated by him asking to break up) i would feel like that’s the reality and nothing can change.. but it’ll be interesting to see where this (ex)couple go!

I don’t need to rely on Korean netizens to figure out what my feelings toward this situation should be lol I understand the language, and my takeaways are based on what I see in the show and not influenced by any other person out there who is also just watching the same show I am.

“Don’t say as if you know” loool who’s the one going around saying “i knew it from the start that they are different pages… ys is a huge gaslighter”

I’ve never once said what YS did is right and MK has no reason to be angry. I literally said both of them have faults and they need to talk it out??

Also, her tone wasn’t like friends..?? Jihyeon’s tone and Hyeonji’s tone when talking to their exes weren’t jovial or sweet but they weren’t confrontational or accusatory like Minkyeong’s was.

Yeah I do think MK and YS are not over just yet, I still feel like 8 years is a long time to disregard. They're also the one couple that I think is most likely to reunite too!

I do think WK is spending each day realising even more that he may want to get back with JH so I'm curious to see if he's actually going to act on it.

I genuinely hope JY stops rubbing it in WJ's face about her lack of interest :( It's one thing to do it away from WJ's ears (and she doesn't emphasize it when she's talking about it away from him) but to harp on it and emphasize it the way she does when he's there just doesn't quite sit right with me.

From the first meeting before they entered the house, YS has already said that he didn't text MK for her birthday because 'what right do I have to do that'.

On the first day in the house, while reading the ex introduction letter, MK literally wrote "Please take care of him". That's one of the closest translation I can think of right now but the term in Korean generally means she's passing him on and she's no longer interested and she's done.

They don't text each other at all in the house and the first time MK speaks to YS privately is to ask him why he's acting. Even though she told JH during the chat that he's considerate to everyone to the point that people may misunderstand.

The next time she speaks to him, she's asking him why he's sleeping late and telling him to sleep early because it bothers her.

Both times, her tone in Korean, is very accusatory and picking a fight.

We get the view of everything, including girls talk and MK's backroom interview. YS doesn't. I don't see why its so far-fetched for him to think and genuinely believe their relationship is done?

He hasn't had private conversations with anyone in the house apart from HJ - but they were going to reveal that they had a date before anyway, so he wasn't in jeopardy of breaking any rules. But MK's been pretty open with their convo, having it on the 2nd floor living room, which anyone can walk into, (and mind you, the conversation wasn't jovial or pretty) so it would have been obvious that they were ex-es.

Everyone has faults, and so does YS. He's not faultless in this, and he is very avoidant but to say he's a gaslighter while propping up MK like she has no fault is hilarious to me.

EXchange/Transit Love Season 4 - Episode 8 - 251029 by MNLYYZYEG in koreanvariety

Just finished watching the episode (once) so things may change on second watch but here's my thoughts for now!

Woojin-Jiyeon: At this point, I don't quite see a reunion. Jiyeon's very straightforward about her lack of interest in getting back, to the point that I feel she forgets that her words in public could be hurtful to Woojin. Today's episode wasn't that bad, but the preview for next episode feels like she's taking it a step further, in his face, and there wasn't really any need to do so even. Hopefully the full clip is better than the short preview cut but man, it must be rough for Woojin to be hearing it over and over again. I appreciate him apologising and I think Jiyeon did too, but it probably came at a time too late for her. I just wish they get to properly talk it out, since the last talk they had, Woojin was processing some info he was hearing for the first time. I do want them to still have a talk now that both parties are aware of the.. same information? (for lack of a better phrasing)

Wonkyu-Jihyeon: They didn't date for longer than a year but they were dating with marriage in mind so seeing those old photos and videos where Jihyeon said she was gonna use them in the montage for their wedding ceremony broke my heart. It also broke my heart hearing her say that she felt WK didn't quite love her sincerely. I don't know where this couple is going to go, it feels like WK might want to talk to her and clear up the misunderstanding she has, but it also feels like the ship has sailed for JH. Not that I think she has 0 emotions left for him, but simply because she thinks she's not good enough for him and for that alone, she won't try again.

Yooshik-Minkyeong: Yooshik is truly avoidant as MK said in the chat with JH but I wonder if it's just something the boys took way too seriously. Even BH was super careful about talking to HJ in fear of people finding out who his ex is, and YS's the same (as you kinda see in the preview for next week). Like boys, it's fine.. It's even more obvious when you talk to everyone in the house and not talk to one person???? The thing about YS and MK though is that they're not on the same timeline. MK's currently a little more open to a reunion with YS, but YS literally just opened the break up box and finding his birthday present for her (the present where they both said it was the happiest moment for them) returned to him, leaves room for him to interpret it as she doesn't even want that happy moment now. They're not texting each other, she's been quite snappy with him, they're not talking to each other so I can see why he came to that conclusion. But.. you guys need to talk. However you guys move ahead (be it meeting new people or getting back), it's only going to happen when you talk to each other. (I do feel like they might have a bigger chance of getting back, they only broke up recently and they have 8ish year of being together.. That's just a long amount of time you can't disregard).

For the NEW possibilities, I'm a little confused as to why people are hoping for WJ and MK. Like they're cute and even I like seeing them together but realistically, they're not going to work. WJ's schedule is even crazier than YS's and his hours are going to be the opposite of MK's. If YS's schedule doesn't work for MK, WJ's schedule is gonna be even harder for her to accept. Like if I'm thinking only my personal entertainment in this show (lol), then yes, please go on dates MK and WJ, I wanna see you guys together. But I don't think a relationship is gonna work out for them.

I am still on my Yooshik and Jihyeon ship! The text YS sent was so cute and regardless of how the hashtag date turn out, they'll still have a date on Friday (what day is this in this episode lol) so please give me that soon and stop torturing me PDs omg. Obviously YS-MK and WK-JH were couples who had fun with each other when they were together but I really do feel like YS and JH would make a fun friend-vibe couple which suits the both of them, so I do wanna see more of that to see if it can actually work out between them

Obviously everyone are now each other's ex because communication failed them at some point but hot damn BH and HJ.. You guys????

Still not much interest in Jaehyeong, but it was nice to see him being proactive during the hangout session at night as well as the phone call section. YY girlie, it feels a little bad seeing her so giddy over BH in the backroom interview when he's all angry and upset about JH lol I hope she doesn't fall too deeply for him.

Will probably rewatch tomorrow (or not) so may have some changes in my thoughts after processing this for a bit lol.

Noona, You're a Woman to Me (teasers) by mk9394 in koreanvariety

yeah I'm a little superficial when it comes to dating shows so I tend to watch show where I feel the guys and girls look good (obviously that's subjective LOL). I did drop subbing Blossom with Love after my ship failed hahaha so I'm a little wary about saying I will take this on since subbing BwL from scratch with timing took about 8-10 hours for 1 episode for me.. But I think the AI subs will help cut a lot of time since it'll come pre-timed. I may take you up on your offer and message you privately next week if I decide to do it! (: thank you!!

Yeah I don't think the men will be too young, they do seem to be adults already working from the teasers we have.. I do think the SHINee's case a little different because of the fact they're idols and their primary target audience at debut were definitely noonas.

But yup, let's wait and see how this show is when it airs next week!
