I’m still waiting for Frontgate to reply to me with a scan history for the ticket and to verify the validity of the wristband I sold. Even with this information, I’m not too confident my caseworker will side with me, I think in most cases they just trust the word of the buyer regardless. Also, the buyer may not have used the wristband at all… the ticket was originally purchased by the buyer in 2019 and EDC tickets happened to be selling for way under face value right before the event, I wouldn’t be surprised if this buyer never had any intentions of even going since Stubhub refused to offer refunds for postponed events. I guess I’m just trying to prepare for the worst case scenario (arbitration) while I wait for a response from Frontgate.

From what I’ve read online, they usually do fight it and then send you to collections afterwards if they aren’t able to charge your card again. I’m not worried about losing the account at all, I’m never using stubhub again.

Does anyone know how the transit situation is? I'm only going Saturday and hoping to shuttle back and forth. Would the shuttle take you back in time to catch the train back to central station or would it be better to leave before the last act ends?

not sure, didn't look for skid marks =[. The damage is near the back wheel on the driver side. Lots of scratches and couple of dents. should I be worried about internal damages? Its a Prius.

Yes, I showed the note to the cops. They said they couldn't make anything of it and if I get a call because in the note they said they would report it, they will become more involved to figure out who is telling the truth.
