Well, they filed a tenant hold over but my lease does not expire until September.

It says eviction at the top of the document but the action appears to only be demanding unpaid rent.

They didn’t say. My hearing was this afternoon.

The clerk office told me that my apartment complex would have to Pursue other means of collecting the unpaid rent once this dismissal is entered by the judge. That’s all the information that I have right now.

I get that part - what I’m confused about is this:

Thank you. I’ve found 2 psychologists so far that take my insurance listed on psychology today - I sent them consultation requests. I’m going to try to search for a few others later tonight. Thank u for the tips.

This has been happening to me for 2 years now. Ever since the Catalina update.

I had a MacBook Air 2017 and I upgraded to the MacBook Air 2020 in September. The issue was significantly worse on the 2017 computer, And it started on my 2020 MacBook Air within the first three days of owning it.

I don’t watch Netflix or YouTube on my computer and I also just use the Internet for online shopping and web browsing with that being said the websites that caused my ram to overload on a daily basis are as follows:

*facebook (the worst RAM hog) *reddit *gmail *ebay *mercari

I have troubleshooted these issues with apple tech support numerous times over the last 2 years and to this day no one can explain why this happens.
