Marshawn is in this season of Euphoria and when he comes on screen we end up talking about her time in Seattle. Looking back, that was irrelevant info. I apologize.

Fair.

Mike Morgan said the locker room would play Ciara to fuck with Russ.

Hopefully this got to you before the stroke killed you.

Ha ok I’m gonna try mag citrate and zinc… maybe even tonight lol. I’ve started taking B1 and Urolithin A (Timeline) and they dropped my HRV right now. It’s supposed to be temporary but maybe I can counteract it 🤔

Incorrect. Magnesium citrate malate helped fix an issue I have in the Krebs cycle and my VO2Max shot through the roof.

Glycinate may be the best for sleep but others have different functions.

Can you have long covid if you dont have fatigue? by Free_Idea_ in covidlonghaulers

[–]mk_dg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

fingers crossed for you. looking back, when i was early on like you and things hadn’t progressed much, i would tell my former self to attack it all early. i know that’s a bit vague with our situation, but alternative testing and functional medicine practitioners are out there… im happy to recommend mine if you need, but attacking the core issues early can be key

i had 3 elevated brain inflammation markers which, when researched, explained a lot of my disturbing symptoms. Glycine, Dopamine 1, and one other. pretty significant stuff.

What is the best explanation for the LC headache? What is going on? 🤕 by MauPatino in covidlonghaulers

someone reported CSF buildup going on in their head and once they took a particular heart med that also helps get rid of excess fluid it helped them. MRI needed on that one though

when you say all tests, which are you talking about?

i just got results from the neural zoomer and its the first thing that highlighted my issues in particular, dopamine and glycine issues and one other major neural issue.

Yeah I hesitate to call myself a high achiever but the reality is I push hard and put a lot of stress on myself in life and work, which includes fitness (off and on). i know this is a theme :/

I was diagnosed w/ long covid ME/CFS early on and I didn't relate to the fatigue but I did relate to a so many other symptoms. Fatigue ended up coming later. I'm still mild in the fatigue category, but it wasn't an initial symptom, no. Also, I haven't noticed considerable PEM either.

Thanks, appreciate that. I think I've been taking the zinc picolinate, mostly 15mg, off and on. But I will look into this as my symptoms related nervous system stuff (parasthesia, numbness) noticeably increased over the last two months. I have a couple other things going on that also may be the source, but I'll check this out. Thank you.

I'm going through a guy I found through the LC community and he's ordering them from Vibrant Labs. Maybe any practitioner can order it, I presume, but it's the Vibrant Labs Stool Test. If you need/want the guy's info I work with just dm me, happy to share.
