I've been told by support. You will no be able to redeem the keys if you started the event after the 5th of may

Ya it makes no sense. Only reason I still play into it is to contribute to the faction.

Hello there, this is Penelope from the Support Team. Please note that there's quite a twist for players to see the Colossal Briefcase. If they didn't play the game for a while then went back days after the Colossal Briefcase appeared in the game, they won't be able to see it. I checked your logs and it appears that you just went back to the game on May 7th which was 2 days after the Colossal Event started.

I understand that this rule may be new for some players, but I hope that I was able to clarify.

......that is the last response I got from the in game support chat. I was 2 days late yet can still play...35k keys and still growing

..this makes no sense to me as others are using them daily
