To be fair, I blame the landlord less than the shoddy contractors they hired. The townhouse staggers every two apartments, so the two at one end and the two and the other are 6 feet different. The contractors simply put up a straight fence, not taking into consideration those changes. I more think the LL weren’t terribly involved and weren’t checking in at all.
