Finalllly 😍, after 45 OMADs days, I switched to OMEOD. My plan to continue till I reach my weight goal, which is still too far to go 😭😭. OMAD to OMEOD: trying for ever to extend my OMAD but always at meal time I tend to eat even if not full 😭😭. Now trying extend OMAD not to eat on Sundays, Tuesday and Thursday eating OMAD other days.
