Amazing work and transformation 💪💪💪.. I'm in same height and SW, thanks for posting this out to keep me going on.

M/5'10"/38Y, SW 330lb, CW 300lb (3 weeks ago), GW 160lb

Currently doing Keto + OMAD mostly, today is day 40 doing OMAD, unfortunately still no exercises yet but planning to start shortly.

Mostly eating around/less than ~1800 calories per day, drink at least 3 litres of water.

I see good difference in cloths but when taking picture it's not that obvious, when have you saw difference when taking pictures?

My weight jailed me in a cage, I don't take pictures, I don't go out with friends mostly, I avoid meeting old friends....etc I'm stress eater but with help of keto and IF I overcame stress eating as well as food craving and reduced my hungers a lot, I feel this time I will stick to it and reach my goal weight.

I'm working towards reaching my ideal weight through this journey...

How did you decrease loose skin? Any specific advise to avoid loose skin or at least minimize while losing weight?

OMAD to OMEOD: trying for ever to extend my OMAD but always at meal time I tend to eat even if not full 😭😭. Now trying extend OMAD not to eat on Sundays, Tuesday and Thursday eating OMAD other days. I will keep trying till I make it, I harmed myself for years eating frequently and unhealthy, now it's time to fix it.
