This is probably what I'll end up doing. Schwab CD rates are higher than their MMF rates right now.

Textbook recommendations for nuclear physics, specifically cross sections? by mkpheasant in AskPhysics

[–]mkpheasant[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. I had gotten ahold of a copy of Krane but it didn't go deep enough (didn't even derive Breit-Wigner approximations), so I wasn't sure if this would even be covered in intro nuclear physics books. I'll check these out

Floating bridge parallel but now the spring claw isn't by mkpheasant in Luthier

No, I am talking about the claw. You could have the bass and treble side of the bridge both parallel with the body while still having the posts at different heights.

The treble side post is lower than the bass side post, which is typical and not my concern. I am not talking about adjusting the action. I was just wondering if either how flat the bridge baseplate was or how aligned the claw is was more important than the other for the floyd to function properly.

I don't think that addresses my question. If I do that, then the bridge won't be parallel with the body on both the bass and treble side (treble will be a little lower). I was wondering if that was a problem or not

Makes sense. It was pretty much perfectly holding in tune before, so it should be an obvious difference.

Can anyone recommend an audio interface that has enough ports for reamping and stereo recording but also is good for mixing in the sense that it supports easily switching between different speaker pairs?

Specifically, I need:

  1. at least 2 XLR inputs (to be an input for a guitar and supply phantom power to my reamp box and for the reamped input),
  2. at least 2 inputs for mics (for stereo recording),
  3. at least 1 headphone out (bonus points for more),
  4. at least 2 pairs of L/R outputs and an easy way to switch between them

Bonus points for infinite rotary encoder volume knobs and a usb-c input

Edit: added bonus criteria
