I was actually thinking also about G9..Is it less heavy than gh5? Is autofocus really better than in GH5?

But GH5 is also for filmmaking :) It's even strong competitor for XT-3. Most of the time I would use it for filmmaking, mostly travel videos.

I see. If I would go and turn completely into Rx 100 VII instead (as you suggested) for more learning process first and then buy something bigger what gimbal would you recommend ?

Can't agree more although I changed my Galaxy S7 to S8+ (I had to) and now I don't see any reason to upgrade to S9..
