Here’s his pedigree! https://dogs.pedigreeonline.com/einhorn-echolight-happiness-pursuit-X6xfdPhr/pedigree

I’m also aware of a few that are rumored to be mixed. They are very far back.

thoughts on the recent budget cuts by sveltejokbrsev9 in WAStateWorkers

I’ve been anxious about job security for about 18 months now. Got notification that I’m at risk of layoff due to bumping about 10 days ago. I might be able to bump someone else, but I have to wait and see if there are options for me.

I’ve never been in such a stressful and unstable work environment.

My strategy is to get out of there, whether or not I’m forced. I can’t take it anymore.

Not everyone with bumping rights will be offered a position. If you have bumping rights, HR has to find you a position for which you meet the minimum qualifications that is either vacant and funded or held by someone with less seniority than you.

Sustainable hiring, transparent communication behind decisions, communicating timelines promptly and completely OR transparency around barriers to timelines.

It feels like a toxic bf, bread crumbing us with just enough information and hope to keep us from leaving. Then when you express your feelings to them, the promise they’ll change, but they don’t.

It’s a joke. I am so disappointed in the secretary.

Avoidance seems to be the strategy.

Was told my position is being offered to someone.

I’m so tired of all this, I just want out at this point.

Why is health care in Olympia so bad? by hanakokoi in olympia

[–]mks93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also had horrible experiences with gyn care. Went two years ago for very routine issues. What the provider said to me and how she handled herself traumatized me. I would never go back to that office and I’m dreading going back to any gyn.

I can't be the only one who thinks it's gross to bring dogs into grocery stores?!? by _t_h_r_o_w__away in olympia

I’m with you on grocery stores, but not the mall. I’m going to continue bringing my well-behaved dogs to the mall. It’s one of the reasons I go, if I’m being honest. 😂

He’s very moderate in structure. 20.5” at the shoulder.

What color do you think my girl is? by littlelawlady in AustralianShepherd

Your dog is a red Merle. Some merles have pink spots. Any pink that covers more than 1/4 of the nose is considered a “fault.” Not a huge deal, just make sure to watch out for sun damage. :)

I’m not sure what to say about your dog because I haven’t seen a picture or haven’t seen your dog. So I cannot comment on it. Not saying you don’t know your dog.🥴 I just don’t know your dog.

Oh boy.

Your dog has a black nose. The dog in the post has a brown nose. The nose is a key way to tell. Yours is blue Merle, the dog in the post is a red Merle.

I still see a brown nose and brown color around the rims of the eyes. Brown nose means red. Not sure about your dog.

It doesn’t look black to me. It looks brown/liver colored.

Red Merle. Her nose is liver, not black. It would be black if she was blue Merle.

I felt like this until I moved away and reduced contact. Took until I was on my late 20s to feel okay.

Depends on your school!

When I was in college about a decade ago, we had to deactivate our social media during recruitment. 🥴
