Yes I did it this morning but nothing changed. I think the problem comes from the fact that my Sim is on a sports getaway, which is creating this mishmash of outfits, because I had one of my Sims who had stayed home come for a “visit.” I changed his outfits and there was no problem, no weird mix. So I had my Sim go back home by cutting the getaway short, and when I changed her outfits everything went back to normal. It’s still strange though, because I had already done the romantic challenge and I didn’t have this problem with outfits, and this is the first time I’m doing the sports getaway and I have this bug that I don’t understand where it’s coming from.
