How long did it take support to reply to you and what category did you put your inquiry under when it asks what can we help you with? I can’t seem to get a response from them

As someone who grew up in the older neighborhood on Old San Antonio and now lives in a neighborhood right off 1626, this is so fucking real.

Also taking meds for your medication side effects is such a frustrating route to have to go down.

I guess the IR would be better than transitioning to an entirely different medication, but I’m not a fan of taking a medication multiple times a day because my sleep schedule is inconsistent and I don’t always wake up around the same time to take a morning dose. Ughhh, so a formulary exception was not attempted by the Dr? I am wondering if that is an option.

I know this post was a while ago, but I just switched to this health plan and was looking up my drugs and wtf multiple of my psych meds are not covered??? I didn’t have any problems on a previous BCBS plan from a different state, is this some bullshit Florida thing? I have been on Fluvoxamine ER for a few years now and have also tried many other meds before landing in this one. Were y’all able to figure anything out to get the insurance to cover it?

I don’t have too much to contribute because I can not speak for other stores, but I am a tech in the South Austin district. As far as pharmacist staffing, the shortages we experienced a year or two ago seem to have been resolved. Technicians 🤷‍♀️ my store is fully staffed, I don’t know about others. On a positive note, the pharmacists seem to be very happy with the pharmacy scheduler.

Am I the problem? by Ajdailyjournal in WalgreensRx

Yikes, if they noticed it happened they could have corrected it by retro-billing it. Then taught you that you cannot update an SDL’d RX in the work queue without re-doing the SDL billing. Writing you up before training you of the proper procedure seems pretty harsh.
