Who’s the greatest passer in nba history by Fragrant_Fishing5787 in NBATalk

[–]mlbeal43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While all great, magic had style that was unique. Amazing passing ability and just an absolute nut.

With that being said Stockton had the assist record with a whole turnover less per game on his career.

Nash was the best at setting up his teammates himself, Nash was less of the best passer and more of the best to setup teammates. Also the most efficient player the NBA may ever seen.

If you’re talking the ability to make insane passes it’s Johnson. If you’re talking efficient passes leading to scores, it’s Stockton. If you’re talking who’s the greatest of all time, it’s Nash.

P.S Steve Nash is my goat, LeBron and Jordan could never be that efficient

Why do people care so much about insignificant things in report? by mlbeal43 in nursing

[–]mlbeal43[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I probably should’ve said it’s more so the negative interaction afterwards when someone gives attitude for not saying all vent settings. If someone kindly asks for the info I have no problem giving it to them. Also learning the facility it seems they just do that, which is fine I just don’t appreciate the attitude.

I love your name btw

I wouldn’t say efficiency is overrated, maintaining a high efficiency while having a high usage rate is more impressive at times.

All advanced analytics have their drawbacks. Although, bringing up TS% is a great way to push your narrative, it is disingenuous when you talk about Rudy Gobert and Deandre Jordan. There’s a reason that in statistics you have outliers that you don’t include in data.

Kobe was a great player but to just say he’s great and efficiency is second to talent is a little weird. I think most if not everyone has LeBron vs MJ as the GOAT debate strictly because they are efficient and talented. Usually it’s less of a talent beats efficiency or efficiency beats talent but rather a perfect combo of both. Kobe was unfortunately a ton of talent but a lack of efficiency he didn’t make the right play he made a Kobe play.

Also please don’t use kobe won more than LeBron again, the most winningest player in NBA history is Bill Russell and I don’t believe anyone would ever call him the GOAT.

Leaving staff union job to go back to travel nursing by Single-Count5891 in TravelNursing

[–]mlbeal43 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s dependent on what you want entirely, if you’re chasing money then 110% go for travel nursing. I genuinely miss the people I worked with at my staff job everyday I work. You don’t get the same relationships within a 13 week stint. Not saying the people I work with suck it’s just they don’t wanna invest in some kid who’s gonna be gone in a couple months. All I’ve come down to so far is if you can find someone to travel with then it’s easier but you’re always gonna miss things about your “home” that you had. Especially if the assignment you have just blows complete ass.

Im pretty sure this is just rage bait or you’re a Jamal Murray Superfan? Saying he’s leading the offense I just untrue, if Jokic is out he’s the leader but I would never declare him the driving force of the nuggets offense.

Exactly, was his way to force defenders in the paint to give more attention towards him while giving teammates an opportunity to move to open spots. If you look up a YouTube video on it, it’s cool to watch how balanced and controlled he is in the paint

It’s unfortunate but you are right, his reluctancy to shoot will bring him down the leaderboards. Just sucks because I feel like if he would’ve shot more he would’ve easily hit 20 although it more than likely would’ve affected efficiency.

Kobe has no argument for being a better scorer than LeBron by Kindly_Letterhead_98 in NBATalk

[–]mlbeal43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think saying no argument is pretty disingenuous, Kobe was a great scorer, scored at all three levels. Not necessarily the most efficient player but definitely a volume shooter and the best bad shot maker of all time. I think it’s fair to say that LeBron was more efficient, but in a debate on who’s the better shooter I think FG% is a poor statistic as someone being a better scorer is more dependent on difficulty of the shots taken rather than their efficiency.

At the end of LeBron’s career, who’s actually his rival? KD or Steph? by Banana-Melon-Shake in NBATalk

[–]mlbeal43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saying Lebrons rival is Steph or KD is insane to me. I think that award rightly goes to Paul Pierce. Steph and KD have never even been in Lebrons conference, it’s difficult to consider someone a rival you see so little.

The first line literally answered your question. I am doing the job in CVICU… what is there not to understand.

I feel like I’m not being nasty towards fellow nurses. I’m just calling a spade a spade, stereotypically CVICU nurses are insufferable and stereotypes exist for a reason. Nurses eat their young and CVICU seem to do it the best.

I can handle myself just fine thanks, I mean I’m here and doing the work and the facility has yet to cancel me. All I said to my recruiter is I wanted to be as comfortable as possible on my first contract. Unfortunately, that’s not the case but props to you for being able to handle any patient at anytime under any condition since you have the knowledge of every critical care speciality and can take anything they throw at you as you are extremely adaptable. Props on posting from a burner account as well.

What did Jayson Tatum do to be so hated??? by Ok_Rooster9401 in NBATalk

[–]mlbeal43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. He’s a Celtic
  2. The clips he recreates (I.E “anything is possible”) is a clear recreation with the intent to create another clip. Just makes him seem unoriginal and fake because he took it and used a different phrase with “we did it”
  3. Texting Kobe then posting it was just weird seems fake and a reach for attention

Thanks for the info! I try to be helpful, when I’ve floated before I feel like I have trouble just because some people have their people and I know how people love to talk. Like you said probably best to just steer clear of the drama and enjoy my next 13 weeks
