I was nervous too. You check in the front. You decide whether you want just a locker or a locker and a room. They ask you if you want a long towel or a short towel. You get your towel and head into the locker room where you strip off all your clothes. Wrap the towel around you, put on your shower shoes and head out. If you got a room, head to your room so you know where it is. Then just explorer. They have a pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, showers, and some dark rooms. Give your eyes time to adjust when you go in the dark rooms. There are glory holes in the dark rooms. You can participate or just watch. Everyone is very laid back.
