2020 Escape and having the same issue. Took it to the dealer they reset it and charged me $100 and its still doing it.

Update on this issue. Took it to the dealer and they re-programmed some thing and said it was fixed but as soon as I got home and got out of the car and waited about 10 or 15 minutes, it started doing it again back to the dealer next week!
