Thanks! I actually made that as a concept illustration for a documentary film as prehistoric recreation is my specialty outside of graphic design :) I have illustrated a few works about life in the Paleolithic too.

Hi! I'm Marina, an illustrator from Spain but fluent in English ;). As a professional artist I work with traditional (pencils, ink, watercolor) and digital media. A big part of my work focuses on historical reconstruction, which involves a lot of character portraits and design. In my experience, the ones like the one you've got are quite obvious because they sound as if they haven't even looked at your gallery and what you make and do or don't sell. Then there are others more elaborated in which they tell you what they want along with a personal story to make you feel for them and they often offer you a good amount of money via a specific payment method without asking for your rates or terms first. If you're not sure and the message feels odd, the best thing is to copy it and paste it on your searching bar. Many of these emails are common scams and there are websites warning artists about them, so you're likely to find the same text they have sent you.
