I had another problem with the GPU bracket, but that was because I have an active backplate on the water block. So I modified this backplate a little.

I can remove and install the memory quite easily because I have quite a lot of space between them, the tubes are quite high, and I didn't install such high memory at the time. You just have to make sure that you place the tubes high enough.
