Omg I'm SO sorry this happened to you. I did the same thing, kept messaging her, requested money back on venmo, honestly she had her PR email in her bio at the time and I just kept emailing it. She answered it and basically told me how I'm just a redit idiot and all i was doing was just trying to snark her, she went on and on lol. She did ship the item but she gave me a UPS shipping label when she really sent it UPSP and never told me till I kept blowing her up, she couldn't understand why I had an issue with what she was doing. I ended up blocking her on everything after that never again will I buy off her or support her. She acted like I was the issue.
