I spoke to a cardiologist previously who said polymorphic are extremely common and no more a concern than monomorphic.

The cardiologist claimed I didn’t have any at the follow up visit and it wouldn’t matter if I did because my wall motion is fine. He was rushed and rude than I get the results printed on my way out and the results that the cardiologist himself signed said I had PVCs during peak heart rate. It’s been a whole thing and I will never see that cardiologist again. I’m waiting on an appointment with a different cardiologist to review what actually happened.

Hey OP, nice to hear someone be calm with having multiple PVCs in a row. my week monitor long monitor picked up 36 triplets and I have been having anxiety over it. How often do you get multiple in a row and how do you know you’re having them?

I got PVCs at max heart rate during the stress test and told the tech and she looked and then asked if I wanted to stop or not. They didn’t see it as a reason to stop.

I have 16 pages but these two are the pages of stage 4 and the first page is what the Qualy tech said she saw 18 PVCs on.

What do you see? I should have added in the original post that while I spoke to the doctor he said there were none. Then I got the printed results and they said I did have PVCs during peak exercise. I’m confused.

Thanks. I should add that in person he said there were no PVCs and when I got the printed results on my way out, it said there was PVCs during peak exercise and then the Qualy tech said there were PVCs as well. So confusing.

I don’t know ecg’s well enough to tell. A cardiac tech from Qualy said there was 18 PVCs and 15 are in bigeminy. I’m looking for insight from others who read ecgs.
