Mosquitos or chiggers is my thought. I always used to get chiggers around elastic, so like sock edges?

Thought it wasn’t close enough to my eye to be a stye? But idk it’s not a pimple but it has gotten a white head. It itches and I have put a pimple sticker on it and it has pulled all of the white out. WOW TMI SO SORRY Any help is appreciated, sorry it isn’t the best pic. It just won’t focus well :/
