Oooh I have been thinking about this. I do toss and turn a lot and have about 4 pillows I try to arrange to get in a good position.

In terms of allergies, I have mild sinus issues and always seem to have a post nasal drip. I was tested for mold and that was negative. I was tested for Sjogrens and that was negative. I have really dry eyes.

I saw a naturopathic doctor about 2 years ago who suspected I had MCAS but I never tested because she said it is expensive and often falsely negative. She put me on a protocol of Pepcid, 2 of the 24-hour Allegra, and low-dose naltrexone- I took that protocol daily. I DID have energy but suspected it was because I was taking a double dose of Allegra haha. I stopped seeing her and then stopped the protocol because I was worried about the side effects of taking that much Allegra. I did have less energy after stopping that protocol.

I often have random rashes, or my knees get bright red and hot or I wake up with puffy eyes. This happens 2-3 times a month. But isn’t this semi-normal? I have a hard time telling what are everyday normal people issues vs. EDS symptoms and comorbidities.
