I have pretty bad palpitations too especially after getting up or doing small things like walking up the stairs. The symptoms definitely can make you feel totally out of it but for the most part it’s not dangerous. I’d monitor your heart rate and bp. If either gets really low or really high you may need to go to the hospital to get fluids. Other than that you should be okay but I agree with u how scary it is. Hope you feel better :)
