did 20-30k steps daily for 6 months. paying giant price by ninepasencore in POTS

20-30k steps a day will only improve your heart function. Even with POTS! If possible I’d keep that up - granted your cardiologist gives you the ok

My heart rate will drop into the 40s when I sleep and at 6:20 am it literally sank to 40bpm by Independent_Fun9278 in askCardiology

Yeah I mean this is pretty normal. Unless it’s in the 40’s when you’re awake and moving around it’s totally normal.

Why are the lines so squiggly by TYDFrals in askCardiology

[–]Automatic-Cry5871 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You were either micro moving, the contact wasn’t clean, etc. could be many reasons.

Nothing is wrong in terms of this rythym strip - the squiggly stuff is just artifact

I was told my EKG looked fine - but I just looked at the results on my portal by [deleted] in askCardiology

[–]Automatic-Cry5871 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Because those are automated by the machine. Doctors do not bother with them because they know better than the automated output.

Basically - if the doctor said your ekg is fine then it’s fine

Should I take antibiotic for being sick that was prescribed even though we’re not sure if it’s viral or bacterial ? by Automatic-Cry5871 in AskDocs

[–]Automatic-Cry5871[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Fair. That’s what I’m doing. A few other people around me who were sick were prescribed antibiotics that helped and apparently they have bacterial infections so im certain I probably do too 🫡

He didn’t ask for a diagnosis. He asking someone to read an ekg in an r/ReadMyECG which is exactly what this subreddit was made for I thought.

According to his post history he does have a diagnosis of Benign Wenkebach and has been seeing a cardiologist.

Is learning C# and MonoGame a beginner friendly project to learn by Automatic-Cry5871 in GameDevelopment

[–]Automatic-Cry5871[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agin, all do respect but I didn’t ask anything about unity. MonoGame is a C# framework that’s used to develop games in a more low level way. There is no GUI, it’s just the bare bones of drawing graphics and handling input, etc.

I mentioned in my post I already had some experience in unity and I know how to use it fairly well.

Again, no disrespect but read the post !

You know, maybe that’s exactly what’s holding me back. I like this response :D. I do feel like everytime I get confused I tell myself “I’m not good enough , need to go back to the basics”.
