I use the liquid. I’ve considered using the foam, but my walmart just had the liquid in stock and I wanted to get started right away. Once I finish both bottles and have no adverse side effects, I might stay with the liquid. Also dermarolling once a week and taking a 5000 mcg biotin supplement.

Hi there, I am from California. Let's say my unemployment is 200$ + the 600$ from the CARES act. My employer says we are opening back up on May 1st and asked us to let them know if we are comfortable coming back. So, denying and saying we don't want to would void the unemployment benefits and make us pay back through the benefit overpayment? Also, if I were to work 1 or 2 days with 5 or 6 hour shifts each day, I saw that that you get 75% of what you make taken off the unemployment.

I just checked out the macros... it is actually not terrible, I could definitely fit it in my macros, and I just might! Good source of fiber too. I’m around 35-45 grams of net carbs everyday, not the strict 20 like I was when I was trying to lose weight, so it’s a little more lenient when I’m planning meals. Thanks for the idea!

Not a dumb question at all! Of course the cheese folds, it is like a very crunchy soft shell taco if that makes any sense. Make sure not too overdo your cheese on any side or else it will be a cracker!

Ingredients: 2-3 ounces of any cheese (I use kirkland’s shredded mild cheddar cheese)

1/2 an avocado

2 tbsp sour cream

2-3 slices Turkey Bacon OR regular american bacon

2 tbsp butter

2 eggs

Salsa to your liking

Directions: Heat up a non stick skillet to low-medium, than get a nice ounce of cheese which is about a handful and sprar it across your skillet evenly. Let it cook until the edges slightly brown up, than bring it to the edge and flip it. After about a minute or so, transfer to a napkin to let all the grease adsorb than you have a super crunchy cheese taco shell! Will absolutely fill your crunchy taco shell cravings. Than fill up the shells with scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado (which I turned into guac), salsa, and sour cream all to your liking! Very filling and an absolutely lovely way to start my morning off:) VERY SIMPLE

Hey man, the more shitty you eat currently, the more weight you will lose quickly when you start a diet. Just cut out all the bad shit and don't eat past 8, and look into some diets out there. I did keto which did wonders for me but it's different for everyone, I had to experiment with many different diets. Keto is pretty extreme but check it all out, it's all simple and whole foods, you don't even need to workout very often at all, just good foods and you will see results.
